You never think you that time in college is going to come back and bite you… but for Ali Fedotowsky it most certainly has. Star Magazine has pictures of 'The Bachelorette' smoking out of a bong. What's more shocking is that dark brown hair color!! I MUCH rather see Ali as a blonde! (j/k)
A source is claiming that Ali is and always will be a party girl.
“Ali was a total crazy party girl — and still is,” an insider tells Star. “It's about time the truth about her came out!”
In fact, Star has seen several shots of Ali — formerly a brunette — in the presence of drug paraphernalia. In our Aug. 19 issue, we reveal Ali's secret diary of letters, detailing booze benders, marijuana and ecstasy hazes — as well as kinky sex desires.
The insider adds, “Her whole girl-next-door schtick was just a way to get into the spotlight.”
What do you think? Is this going to make matters worse for Ali? Or skyrocket her status in Hollywood? It's like backwards-ville over there. The bad always promotes better than the good.

I made some Images in the last couple of weeks – please tell me if you think they are good:
Digital Photography is all the rage when it comes to taking pictures. Unlike convential cameras, the 35mm variety, you are able to view pictures immediately after you take them, decide whether or not you want to keep them and so much more. Also unlike 35mm cameras, digital cameras give you the ability to store your photos on a memory card, giving you the potential of taking literally hundreds of photos without running out of film.
The biggest advantage of digital is its flexibility. You will no longer need to carry separate cameras to shoot in black and white or color. Most digital cameras come with a knob or digital menu that allow you to choose how you want the picture to be taken. Additionally, digital is the only format that allows duplication with no loss of quality.
Digital photographs can be easily shared through email, jump drives and through the internet with onlin photo galleries where you can send share links to friends that allows them to view the photos or a slide show. I personally use Kodak Gallery.
In this article I want to give you digital photography enthusiasts some tips on making your experience as an amateur (who knows maybe some pros also) digital photographer even better.
If you are into digital photography, acquaint yourself with a product called Adobe Photoshop. You may have already heard of it, but for those who haven`t this is a powerful piece of software that allows you to edit your photos to your wildest imagination. To give you an example, you can make pictures more clear, and add words. These are just a few of the basic items you get with Photoshop. With the release of Photoshop Lightroom you now have a professional photo management system for your digital photographs. According to Rob Schoeben of Apple Computers Inc., “the Photoshop Lightroom is about pulling the beauty out of image. The new program helps users to browse and manage images.”
With any type of camera you will need a good lense. Without going into specific brands here are a couple of tips. Zoom lenses used in most digital cameras are insufficient for nature photography. Prime lenses offer the highest optical quality to digital photographers and Super zoom cameras are perfect to capture a sporting event.
As with all hobbies and other subjects you can find a variety of tutorials and books on digital photographty. Some include, “The Perfect Picture,” by Bryan E. Peterson which offers beginners a strong foundation from exposure to composition on DVD format, “SureShot System” is another DVD course from Big Picture Enterprises. The short course “Fundamentals of Digital Photography: Getting the Most Out of Your Digital SLR” includes audio CDs.
The power of technology has lent itself to make digital photography a wonderful and enjoyable hobby for all. With these tips and further educating yourself on the matter, you can snap (or is it record?) your favorite photo and make it look like a pro took it, in no time.

The Great Wildlife Photography Sham
Jewel…posed like Kate Moss against magnificent snow-clad peaks. That's how magazine writer Ted Williams described a recent photo shoot for one of his articles. Just one thing to note: Jewel was a rented 3-year-old cougar.
Williams has an illuminating post on Utne Reader about phony nature photography—basically how dangerous animals like cougars and snow leopards and lions and the rest are rented from game farms and trotted out like models at a fashion shoot, every whisker set perfectly in place.
Some of the bigger name wildlife publications, like Smithsonian and National Geographic, either refuse to run or run very few of the captive animal photos, and credit them as such when they do. But less rigorous publications (whose number is far greater than that of those who abstain) serve up images of game farm animals with little or no qualification. Kathy Moran, a photography editor for National Geographic, explains:
They claim these animals are ‘wildlife ambassadors.' No. An injured animal used for education-that's a wildlife ambassador. An animal kept solely for profit is an exploited animal. The wild isn't pretty. I'd rather see it real than all gussied up. When I see a poster of a big, beautiful air-blown lion galloping toward me with a mane that looks better than my hair, I feel cheated.
I didn't feel cheated before, I don't think, but now I probably will. For more on the great wildlife photography sham, check out Williams' article, “Picture Perfect.” [Utne Reader via The Atlantic]

Check out this brand spankin' new photo of Emma Watson sporting an extreme pixie haircut – something we're fairly certain Hermione Granger would never do.
Makes sense, the 20-year-old has finished filming the last of the Potter films and doesn't have to maintain her long locks for the role. Of course, Kristen Stewart chopped off her hair for The Runaways and had to wear a wig to portray Bella Swan in Eclipse.
We're split here in the JSYK office over what we think of the look. But Emma, who made the drastic change a few days ago, has formed her official opinion.
“I love it- feels incredible,” she tweeted on Thursday. “Hope you like it!”
We do! It's a bold move, but Emma pulls it off… at least in this photo. And it's not the first time she's experimented with different looks as evidenced in the photos below. What we're really wondering is if she'll keep it short for all the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows press appearances and the premiere in November or if it's just a way to beat the intense east coast summer heat.

Claudia Schiffer and Karl Lagerfeld Are Attacked by Fashion Editor of Black Lifestyle Magazine for Photo of Schiffer, Blacked-Up
I taken a lot of Images in the last weeks – please tell me if you think they are good:
{Internetseite mit Shopping-Tipps zum Thema Damenbekleidung für Frauen
Claudia Schiffer has been attacked for offending black people after posing on a magazine cover made up as a black woman. The 39-year-old German supermodel wore black foundation and an afro-style wig in the photograph taken by fashion designer and photographer Karl Lagerfeld.
Lagerfeld had Schiffer made up as a black women in one of six photographs he took while putting together an advertising campaign for the vintage champagne Dom Perignon. The photos were published by German fashion magazine Stern Fotografie when it celebrated its 60th anniversary.
Accusations against Schiffer and Lagerfeld followed from Shevelle Rhule, the fashion editor of a London black lifestyle magazine, Pride. Ms Rhule said:
“It shows poor taste and it's offensive. There are not enough women of colour featured in mainstream magazines. This just suggests you can counteract the problem by using white models. I don't believe they deliberately set out to offend. They obviously see it as being arty and feel that they are pushing boundaries. But clearly no thought has been given to the history behind what they have done and the comparisons it draws with minstrel shows.”
To which I would reply: 'Shevelle, lighten up'. Her comment is the kind that perpetuates raw nerves about race and creates a path of spikey eggshells for people, black and white, to walk on. Society doesn't need race relations zealots, quangocrats or Pride fashion editors lecturing designers (or filmmakers or writers or rap singers…) on what they can or can't do. It's small-minded. Already an online magazine has responded to the photos with conformist knee-jerk political correctness by saying one of the other photos, of Schiffer as an Asian, is “just wrong”, scolding that Lagerfeld should have used more than one model in the interests of racial diversity.
Fashion, like fiction and film and other creative industries, should be free to play with any images it chooses. Did Ms Rhule also take offence at white French actor Gerard Depardieu recently playing mixed-race Alexander Dumas (using black make-up)? Or Eddie Murphy impersonating a white (jewish) person? Or black British actor Adrian Lester who played the white Danish prince, Hamlet? Or the black actor, David Oyelowo, who played white English king Henry VI?
Would she criticise images of Bob Dylan or the Rolling Stones dressed up as women? How about pantomime dames, women actors dressed as men, Eddie Izzard in frock and lipstick, comedians pretending to be children…?
As soon as you get into determining whether blacks can play whites and women can play men but not the other way round, you're proscribing the creative process and engaging in censorship. Clamping down on the arts in that way (even commercial arts like advertising) is as restricting as squashing free speech.
As for Rhule's comment that Lagerfeld and Schiffer were suggesting the photograph of a 'black' Schiffer would substitute for using black models in mainstream magazines – that's just plain foolish. Rhule then seems to have chucked minstrels into the discussion just for shock value.
In fact the photo was one of a series of six in which Lagerfeld was playing with Schiffer's image. Another showed her as a secretary, a third as an Asian woman. In a fourth she was dressed and made up as eighteenth century French queen, Marie Antoinette and in a fifth she was androgynous. The fashion shoot theme was fantasy and imagination. Lagerfeld wanted to play with Schiffer's face and Shiffer's image. He didn't want to use other models. He wasn't trying to portraying racial diversity – he was portraying imaginary Claudia Schiffers. And has every right to.
A spokesman for Lagerfeld responded to Rhule's criticism, saying she was taking them out of context: “The images were designed to reflect different men's fantasies. The pictures were not intended to offend, they were done very creatively and are some of Karl Lagerfeld's favourite images of Claudia. People should not jump to conclusions.”
Yet there are many people with vested interests in Britain and other liberal democracies who make a good living from jumping to conclusions and playing the race card in cases which can only trivialise genuine instances of racism. Political correctness about race and ethnicity has battened onto society like a barnacle on a boat. It would be a democratic step forward if those who have a professional interest in taking offence at 'racism' and other -isms would pick their battles more wisely.
It would also be good if the race relations industry ditched the term “people of colour”. What is it supposed to indicate?! What colour? Black? Dark brown? Sienna? All those and more? Does it imply that white people – with their variously pink, peachy, creamy, olive-toned, ugly red, bluey-white, brown or orangey skin – have no colour? Why aren't whites called “people of non-colour” then? Or “people of no-colour”?
Black and white are just words. They're quick and easy terms to use for those who want or need to indicate skin colour and they're neutral. People (like Ms Rhule perhaps) who want to take offence at one (and not the other) always will. But they're misguided. Countering racism is always worth doing. But cranking up and maintaining raw nerves unnecessarily does no-one any good. It just increases division between black and white and injects a zealous, scolding tone into debate which would benefit from more freedom, less 'sensitivity' and – in a case like the Schiffer/Lagerfeld photos – a bit of playfulness.
What seems to be a new ‘press photo’ of Panda Bear has emerged, prepping him for his new TOMBOY album cycle. While most press photos are underwhelming and forgettable, Panda Bear ‘went the extra mile’, making sure that his new press photo will be a meme that lives on forever. The Photo features Noah Lennox covered in a mysterious white material, which might be cum and/or semen.
Not sure if this is ‘official’ or just some sort of fan doodle which is reported by pitchfork to be a “Photoillustraion by Maureen Gubia.”
Conspiracy theorists claim that this mystery substance is adobe, and the photo was taken while he was constructing an Adobe slab for his girls, but Southwestern American Architecture experts say that Adobe is a redder, richer clay which wouldn’t leave white residue.
Do u think he is trying to copy Ke$ha’s ‘covered in cum’ meme?
Wonder if ‘cum covered pix’ are gonna be the future of music. Just sort of represents how we are all standing in the middle of a hype circle jerk. Maybe with females, it represents them being ‘huge whores’ who have to ‘get cummed on’ by fans + the record industry.
Do u think he looks happy with his bukake-wave press photo?
What do yall think the mystery residue on Panda Bear’s face is?
I've been to Colombia three times and will return many more times for vacation. Learn to speak some conversational spanish and GO!!! You won't regret it.
The Pantheon in Rome is an unmistakable icon and marvel of engineering, construction, and design. Almost two thousand years after being built, it is still the largest unreinforced concrete dome in the world. The name “Pantheon” is speculated to originate from the many statues of gods placed in the building, or from the resemblance of the dome to the heavens.
Today's Photo of the Day, from Flickr user tysonwilliams really puts the overwhelming geometry and scale of the dome's ceiling into perspective – thanks to good use of light, shadow, and a little creative post-processing.
This week, Travel Talk is headed to Rome – and we'll be sharing all of our favorites in Italy's capital. Tune in to see all of the ancient Roman attractions as well as a few lesser known spots & surprises…

Sony has announced a recall on their Vaio F and C series laptops due to an overheating problem. However, the company has said that there is software available on their website that could solve the issue. The idea that your laptop could overheat is not good; this could cause serious damage and could burnout the device.
The overheating problem is a result of its internal temperature management system. If the Sony Vaio F11 and CW2 series laptops were to overheat then the keyboard along with the casing could deform, the laptop could also overheat and burn the user.
BBC News reports that Sony commented saying that this is not a recall as such because the issue can be fixed with a firmware update. It is said that 5,35,000 are affected by this problem, which included models from the Asia, Japan, UK and the U.S.
